About This Project

Check out the amazing transformation on this 1940s house in Naenae! The finished product is almost unrecognisable compared to the state of it when we began – as it was literally falling down.

With a lot of Reno Man TLC, we renovated the whole house from top to bottom, inside and out. We used a modern colour scheme and included a great deck for summer days.

This total renovation included the following work:

  • foundation was re-levelled
  • an extra bedroom created within the house footprint
  • re-wired
  • re-plumbed
  • walls re-lined, plastered and painted
  • new kitchen
  • new bathroom
  • huge deck added to create an outdoor living space
  • new fence and gate
